Improving Jacksonville’s Pool Building Community Through Training

Recently our team at Tempool Inc held an event with the purpose of educating and communicating with pool builders on issues, both common and uncommon, in the plastering world. Issues such as cheaply made parts, commonly-made mistakes, things to avoid, etc. We find that a lot of pool-builders ‘create’ problems for themselves, a sentiment that Tommy Addison of CL Industries shares – “People don’t realize that a lot of the problems we deal with are self-inflicted. We can avoid that by the easy steps that were educated.”
Jon Temple, Founder of Tempool Inc, has made it his mission to help pool-builders. He believes that no matter their skill-level, these events and trainings have something for everyone.
“We’ve seen some of the needs that everybody has, and have learned the strengths and weaknesses from these different pool-builders,” remarks Jon. “We try to get the strengths from all of them, we put that into our education and then we give it back.”
