The Bolles Sharks have a tradition of developing swimmers; from learning how to swim to becoming Olympic Champions! The school needed their swimming pool to reflect the image of their elite swim team, and they knew to call on us at Tempool Inc. for their pool repair and remodel.

Years ago this pool was plastered improperly, and the school has been having problems ever since. The finish was chipping away in large chunks, and there was discoloration in the plaster, which was likely caused by improper water chemistry. We decided to chisel out the imperfections, add 2 coats of Permakote, and tile over the existing tile. Upon further consultation with me, I directed them to a pebble pool finish, Sunstone Pearl Cove Blue, by CL Industries. The durability and longevity of this pebble finish is quickly making it more popular than quartz or traditional plaster. The crew and I developed this Cove Blue finish with CL Industries, and it has become a best seller. In fact, Tempool is using Cove Blue in 75% of their commercial pool remodels.

Our deadline was 21 days, and we finished in 11 days while working in conjunction with Portofino Pools. Many other construction jobs on campus were behind schedule, and school officials were extremely pleased with our team at Tempool. The administration was so pleased that they immediately contracted Tempool to remodel their other swimming pool on campus.
